Move-Out Information
This page contains information that is necessary for a successful inspection and refund of your security deposit.
Contact the property manager to schedule your inspection. To avoid scheduling conflicts, please schedule your inspection at least two week in advance.
Security deposits are returned within thirty (30) days after your lease obligation has been fulfilled with satisfaction of all rent and other charges.
Prior to your Inspection:
Rent and any assessed fees must be paid in full.
Clear the house/apartment of all your personal belongings.
Clean the house/unit using the Cleaning Checklist as a guide. Cleaning must be completed prior to the time of inspection.
All original keys must be returned at the time of inspection. Any original keys not returned will result in a lock change fee at the tenant’s expense.
DO NOT GIVE KEYS TO NEW RESIDENTS.All light bulbs and smoke detectors must be working
Prior to Lease Expiration:
Contact utility/T.V./internet company and inform them you are moving out.
Fill out a Change of Address form with the post office. This will ensure your mail will be forwarded to your new address.
